Win4 lamb chops, trimmed3 sprigs fresh rosemary2 cloves garlic2T olive oilsalt and freshly ground pepperRemove the leaves from the rosemary and roughly chop. Mince the garlic and combine with the rosemary and olive oil. Generously salt and pepper the chops and toss in the oil mix. Cover and refrigerate for 1-4 hours.Preheat a grill to medium and grill over direct heat for approximately 2-4 minutes per side or until it reaches 145F internally for medium rare. (Don't forget to turn the meat to get those nice grill marks.) Let the meat rest for 3 minutes before serving.
